The app is provided as is to help you organize your tasks.

You are responsible for what you write in it and for keeping your data. Because everything is stored only on the device, you should make copies using the export feature: the app's developer has no copy of your data and cannot recover it if it is lost.

The app does not replace professional tools or provide advice of any kind. Reminders and day counts are practical aids, not guarantees: always check deadlines that truly matter.

Reminders are notifications scheduled on your iPhone and depend on iOS. They may not arrive if notifications are turned off, Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode is on, or the device is off. Do not rely on a reminder alone for an important deadline.

To the extent permitted by law, the app's developer is not responsible for any damage arising from using the app or from its failure to work, including data loss.

The full version is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or recurring charges. Apple handles the purchase under the App Store terms, which also apply to refunds.
